Dream manipulation

Dream manipulation has been something that I have been highly interested in. While most people try to manipulate dreams via lucid dreaming, I have been toying with the idea of using external means to effect change. I would be very interested in the input of other anon’s and will be updating these threads with my own results. According to what I have found there are three accessible ways to manipulate dreams:

>>Audio

At first staying silent, or calming in some manner, the person would go to sleep. After some time, the audio would change to be in a more active state. While dreaming, the individual takes in information from the audio soundscape and incorporates it.

>testing this

This is the first, and most accessible option to try. For a simple test, I would likely have about an hour or two of no audio. At some point, moaning sounds would likely slowly play in gradually more intense volumes. I have no idea where or how to take this seeing that it would be affecting someone dreaming, rather than someone in a hypnotically suggestive state.

>>Physical stimulation

Several studies involving motors and the finger have found that mild sensory activity can dramatically stimulate or effect dreams. This is mostly used to trigger a dream, according to cursory research.

>testing this

The least accessible to do, this would likely involve a motor that would slowly trigger with the aforementioned audio. While this could be done via a motor, electro stimulation may also be a decent option. Most research studies indicate the use of hands for this activity. Other, more sensitive, areas of the body could be more useful for our purposes

>>Smells

The introduction of scents, or even going to sleep with certain scents can dramatically effect the nature of the dream. People will connect these scents to certain items or places, triggering memories.

Evening, /hypno/ - I'm hoping you can help me with a dilemma I'm facing.

I've been interested in erotic hypno for years, but I always feel like the files I listen to/watch never have the intended effect. I've tried audio, visual, and basically any other format of hypno to try to induce a "proper" trance.

Are there any tips that experienced folks here have for someone who has difficulty getting into it? Anything I can do to help boost the effects/make it easier to slip into trance? Any help would be appreciated.

You get deeper trance with just audio. It gets stronger if your mind is tired (like before sleep). Being naked, lying in bed on the back helps. And headphones of course. I prefer in-ear.

For content, 几工片片工千卂ㄒ卂ㄥ乇 is probably the best choice. Not very enticing for fapping, but most agree it's the strongest and most enjoyable hypno. And it's actual hypno. Also good for beginners, gets progressively stronger and makes you better at trancing.

Do a bunch of breathing exercises to expand your lung capacity. Practice holding your breath for longer and longer. Always breathe in through your nose.

Your exhale needs to be smooth, if you can't empty your lungs completely without your diaphragm/ribs spasm-ing then they need strengthened.

All this is really easy to do, but not necessary, and most hypno files encourage breathe control anyway. This is because the better you can breathe, the easier it is to remain in a specific state and the oxygen/carbon ratio in your blood control how relaxed or alert you are. This is applicable to exercise too.

Don't buy into the oxygen fad, you need carbon and oxygen, practice starving yourself of oxygen and getting used to higher carbon levels. This will also help with anxiety and stress as your chemo receptors gain tolerance to the stress hormones.

You might notice during hypnosis that you breathe in one nostril more than the other, that's because your nostrils control which side of your brain is more active by expanding and contracting throughout the day.

Your nose has erectile tissue in it.
